Heart Focused Mindfulness Meditation

Designed for: Teams and Groups

A 90 minute event that focuses around a deep but accessible guided heart-focused mindfulness meditation session that brings the heart, mind and body into coherent, balanced and nourished state. No previous meditation experience is required. Excellent for self-care and wellness days.

  • Facilitates a sense of relief for each individual as they have the opportunity to stop and deeply relax
  • Renew energy levels and encourage the body to enter a regenerative state for physical healing (exit the fight/flight mode)
  • Support learning the skills of self-kindness and compassion for longer term wellbeing
  • Each individual will be gifted with a take home recording to continue their practice
