Working One-One

  • We have places put aside for an initial free 30 minute session with Willow. This session gives you the opportunity to meet Willow, and, if drawn to this work, ensure that it is going to be the right approach to move you forward in you life. Please email us to request this 30 minute session (click on the booking button below to show you the available times for the week). You must be at the stage where you know you need to make a change in your life in order to qualify for this offering.

Stress Science keeps 4 places per week available for one-one training for individuals that earnestly want to do the work to change their stress pathways.

Willow Francis works with those that are prepared to do some personal inquiry and take the simple (but consistent) steps to strategically rebuild their energy and connect with their deeper heart’s intelligence to guide them towards self-care, kindness, authenticity and purposeful service. 

Willow will work closely with you to upgrade your worldview on how much capacity you really have to take charge of your unhealthy stress patterns, how to practically rebuild your energy and increase your capacity to handle your life with much more ease, composure and choice.

There are 3 packages available:

  • Option 1: Single Session Training – $500

In one session (2 – 2.5 hours), Willow will support you to really explore your personal situation and generate a plan that will allow you to strategically develop your capacity to navigate stress with more maturity and choice (cultivating a gap between input and reaction). You will understand how to begin to rebuild your energy and stop regular behaviours that are consistently draining your energy. You will also receive the resources you need to continue to establish, over time, a new more resilient baseline in your physiology. He will teach you 3 evidence based tools to integrate simply into your daily routine and will train you in using your personal biofeedback device (called the Emwave2 – valued at $300) to track your progress and allow you to stay accountable for your personal growth.

  • Option 2: Two Week Training Program – $900

This training involves 3 sessions. The first session is approx 2 hours and the following sessions are 1 – 1.5 hours. This includes all of what is included in Option 1, then for the following 2 sessions you will be supported to begin to cultivate your natural heart intelligence for decision making, creativity and relationship challenges as well as guide you in your capacity for authentic communication. He will track your progress and refine your technique practice.

  • Option 3: One Month Training Program – $1400

In this package, you will be taken through the entire “Resilience Advantage” Training program by The HeartMath Institute. This more in depth training really keeps you accountable for accelerated change and deeper personal growth as you work with Willow for one month. This program involves 5 training sessions over one month (the first being approx 2 hours and the following sessions approx 1 – 1.5 hours each). He will work with you through the program in a personalised and responsive way, following your training with introspective exercises and fine tuning your new techniques. You will be supported in navigating your way through any emerging challenges that arise during the process of change. You will be held in the heart and gently guided towards incremental and sustainable change. Willow will monitor and measure your objective changes using your personal biofeedback device and guide you in your progress.

About The Facilitators

Willow Francis’s primary drive is to help people to reconnect with awe and to help them to get their priorities back in order – qualities that are lost when people are stressed, exhausted and overwhelmed. His healthcare background is paramedics and nursing (specialising in Emergency Department nursing). He has been a health educator, meditation teacher, business director and global trainer. His experiences have allowed him to cultivate compassion, strength and a “no nonsense” approach which, when combined with his naturally playful and charismatic character, create a dynamic and effective trainer.

Willow now focuses his passion on working with those in the healthcare sector towards taking control back from the stress and reconnecting with why they entered the health arena in the first place…the drive from their heart.

Catherine Francis has a vision to support people to connect more deeply and authentically with each other without the bullshit. She has over a decade of experience in multiple fields in healthcare and the humanities. Holding a degree in Physiotherapy, Catherine established herself as a caring and compassionate practitioner while working with burns, paediatrics and the disability sector in her early career.

She then successfully directed a health and nutrition business, co-facilitated wellness events and retreats and is a licensed trainer of the programs of the HeartMath Institute.
